On Oct 21, 2023, I placed an order with order id - OD429471546595608100 on Flipkart for the purchase of three mattress protectors. Upon receiving the package and carefully unboxing it, I discovered that only one mattress protector was included. The packaging clearly indicated the presence of three items, leading me to believe that I would receive the correct quantity.
What exacerbates this situation is that this incident is not an isolated occurrence but one of a series of similar experiences I have faced over the past 10 days. In each of these instances, I opted for open box delivery, and in every case, I encountered missing or incomplete items, causing undue inconvenience and disappointment. This consistent pattern of discrepancies in product deliveries is deeply concerning and has eroded my trust in Flipkart's service.
By looking at the previoust issues, I have recorded a video of unboxing process, which is a clear evidence of the discrepancies. I believe this documentation should serve as valuable evidence in establishing the validity of my complaints.
However, when I attempted to report the missing items from my recent order and voiced my concerns, I was met with an unexpected response. Flipkart proceeded to block my account, citing an "unusually high number of returns." This action, while perplexing and unfair, has added to the frustration I have experienced throughout this ordeal.
In light of the above, I kindly request your intervention and support in addressing this matter. My primary objectives are to have the missing items delivered/refund to me as per my initial order and to have my Flipkart account unblocked. These actions will not only rectify my specific issues but also promote a fair and just environment for online consumers.
