I am B Naga Srinivasa rao, it is with great regret that I have to inform you of a service failure I experience with your logistical hub which is located at Kukatpally Hyderabad - 500072. Let me place it clear so that no confusions or miss interpretation happens during course of this mail.
I have placed an order for Nothing phone 1 (white 12gb/256gb) variant through Flipkart as it's Flipkart exclusive on the date 30th July 2022. As the product is new I can completely understand the issue of product availability, how ever my issue is not with the Flipkart but its with the affiliated partner of logistics EKART. As per the schedule my product has reached to Kukatpally Hyderabad 50072 on 10th August which is the promised expected delivery date. So I have waited till evening 3 o'clock and have visited the ware house of ekart as i haven't recieved the " out for delivery" notification. Here starts the problem the product was scanned at 8am on 10th August and was not sent for delivery i have seen the product in the manager of ekart logistics hub at Kukatpally hyd, where in the tracking details are visible and my name as well. The response i have recieved form the manger is that the product can't be given to customer directly through ware house hence if any delivery executive turns up we will assign him your product and you can take delivery i waited till closing hours i.e., 7p of 10th August.
Late at the end of that same day the manager said it wil get delivered by tomorrow for sure i.e., 12 th August. The very next day i approached the hub and got to know that there is some technical difficulty so he can't process my product out for delivery so he said i will update the same in Flipkart, and the new estimated date of delivery is 13th August.
Now the twist in the tale starts 13 August i have reached the hub and now a new manager says the product is not in the warehouse they are searching for hours and said that the product is on "miss trip" ime it's not even in the warehouse.
How come a product received at the nearest hub to the customer leaves the hub with out any scan, this shows clear ignorance and laziness of the hub authorities. now the time of the hub manager also changes with arrogance and now he claims we don't know where the product is it will take days and we will deliver once we get to know about the product. Now in Flipkart they have updated " unforeseen circumstances.
Let me make it clear this is not the one and only unique case these sort of cases have been repeatedly happening in the hub where my close friend also reached hub after lot of delays and fought with the staff hence got his product delivered.
On August 10th the product is in hub and laziness along with carelessness they have not made the delivery later they were still lazy and arrogant and said technical difficulty where in reality there was never any technical difficulty as the order was regarding a mobile along with an exchange the exchange software is a minute and not a humongous one which requires not much tech. So now the estimated date of delivery is again postponed to 17th August 2022. How can a customer me assured of this logistical team who keeps on repeated these mistakes. My question is where is my product ..if it in kart then what the problem to delivery after purchasing how long you keep the product .... In this series of extended delivery I hav a doubt on you guys has been. Wontedly holding the delivery in name of technical glitch or Mis route ….even if it is a miss route who is accountable to delivery my product how many ages you will take deliver, for your reference add screenshots...
I have gone through series of conversations with staff in the EKART hun none was productive or even working conscious while handling the products. There should be protocols to be followed in any logistics work. Here everything is disaster.
As a customer i have every right to receive my product once it reaches the nearest hub at the expected date. The franchise which you have given at Kukatpally hub is worst of its kind.
I want clear response for the mentioned issue and a action to be taken for making repeated mistakes from the hub Kukatpally Hyderabad.
