Hi,
I have ordered Dell Inspiron 14 5000 series from Flipkart which got delivered on 17th June, 2020. Payment method was online.
Order number: OD118898856150379000.
The laptop was overheating the day I received it, the fingerprint scanner stopped working the next day and now it's showing device doesn't support finger print and is taking more than 2 3 minute to perform a single action. All these issues within 10 days.
I had a word with Flipkart on call, emailed michael@dell.com
kalyan@flipkart.com for the same. Later someone from Dell contacted me for the issue and said Flipkart has initiated the refund. On Flipkart, It states refund will be intiated after pickup is done. But there is a hidden clause, one technician from seller will come to visit and if he states that device is faulty only then the pickup will be done. I have no issues with that as well but it has been 10 days now, I am just waiting for any action from Flipkart. One more thing I don't understand is why technician is being sent during this pandemic when Dell has no issues with the refund. Flipkart is not understanding that each day is costing huge loss as I am a Freelancer. So, I am writing this to you.
