I had ordered a mobile phone on Flipkart on 13th May,2020 and it shipped on 14th May,2020 with Delivery COD - 5961491841093. At that time delivery date of my order was 22th May,2020 but order was not delivered on time. After that they extended the delivery date to 29th May,2020 but this time also i did'nt get my order. In this time range i was regularly in touch with the Flipkart service team and they were just keep telling me that due to some unforeign issues their is delay in delivery date. After that they asked me to put complaint so that back-team try to deliver my product but after many discussion with the service team also i didn't get my order.
And today on 6th June,2020 when i again ask them about my order they told me to place the order again because they cancelled my order.
Now prices of that phone is increased. So why i would pay more to them now? What about my time which i waste on phone calls, to write message for asking my order status, waiting for service team replies, for continuously checking my delivery status?
