I've been willing to cancel my order because I have been waiting for the product since 15 days now. The order has been delayed for 3 times now with no response or information why is it being delayed.
I have calling the customer care daily and speaking to 2-3 executives daily.
They kept on telling me the same thing and now it's too much. They aren't providing any information nor they're taking any action against it since they say they don't have the information to contact the logistics department.
Very poor customer service from filpkart, Unexpected really.
