I have placed an order on Flipkart, ID: OD225579210550646000. Order Late delivery complaint and useless flipkart customer support It's delivery was promised on 31st July, and it was not delivered and then again it's delivery date was then scheduled to 03rd August but again it was not delivered. I can track the movement of parcel in their app as it was moving back and forth between few Flipkart facilities, but not reaching the final delivery station. I complained many and talked to customer support but they didn't provide any satisfactory solution. Just they want me to wait for whatever time it takes.
