I ordered online from https://ramrajcotton.in on 28-Nov-2021
They gave a tracking id of Delhivery on the same day. From the next day, the tracker given by them shows updates that are fraudulently updated every day to the next day and the delivery day is shown as the next day. This had been brought to the customer care email ids as well as WhatsApp numbers of both. In spite of that, no action is taken from either of them and till on 11th Dec it has not been delivered. And how can they update the past dates of events of the logistics company? In spite of all complaints, there is no action. Beware of the fraud companies involved.
