Hi Team ,
I lost my SIM in UK and my mother submitted all the docs to request for a replacement of SIM . The documents are approved and submitted last week . I was promised that my SIM will be activated within 2 days but it’s been 8 days and it’s not activated . I have been following up with the Airtel customer care executive and he says he doesn’t know anything about it and it’s with the backend team . Every day I’m dropping Airtel an email but there is no use . So tired . I need this to be activated before 5th of August as I have lot of things dependent on OTP .
All docs were submitted in Airtel Iyapanthangal office .
