I placed an order in flipkart (id-OD118164138162511000) on march 21,2020, it reached the nearest hub that is 1km away on march 30,2020. Delivery was first scheduled on 26 march 2020, then postponed to 18 may 2020 and again postponed to 6 june 2020.
Throughout this period, I was in regular touch with flipkart and they promised to deliver and was told to wait till 6 june. During this period, they would not provide any reason for delay and continuously mention about some unforeseen issue. Complaint About cancellation of order and denial of service
But on 6 june i was contacted by flipkart to cancel the order as it cannot be delivered. They did not provide any reason for this. I am extremely disappointed as flipkart has wasted a lot of my time and effort. If they did not have any intention to deliver the product, they should have informed me earlier rather than keeping me waiting for about 2.5 months. Extremely disappointed

Flipkart Return Consignment Not Yet picked Up - The Worst Service
We Placed an Order on Flipkart, order ID OD118612563575257000. The person was supposed to come on 21st May to pick up the Parcel but till today no one has come to pick up the same.
The customer service people only call us up giving excuses and saying sorry but they do not understand our problem. The person is a senior citizen and wants the product to be replaced and this is the way she is being harassed. During this period, they would not provide any reason for delay and continuously mention about some unforeseen issue.
I prefer Amazon who are so prompt in their service.
The worst ever service is Flipkart who do not understand the plight of the customers.

Edit : Update: product delivered but...
Flipkart called their customers to say to cancel the order but after that those who didn't cancel, got their orders. (Including me) But now the new issue is that the invoice is of 21 March but I got delivery on 7th May, about 2.5 months of warranty is lost. I have insisted on giving me an invoice of delivery day. Let's hope for the best
