. 13 Oct 2020 - Raised a Complaint with Bajaj Consumer Care (022 41280000) for my 2 yrs old Morphy Richards OTG ( Model -28RSS) and was allotted Service Request No 22156519.
2. 16 Oct 2020 to 20 Oct 2020 - Mr Dayakar, Bajaj Technician(Mob No. 7093801288) visited twice but was unable to make the OTG FUNCTIONAL.
3. 22 Oct 2020 - In desperation on 9th day we contacted B Raja, Regional Bajaj Service Center Head ( Mob- 9000763969), but to no avail.
4. 23 Oct 2020 - Technician Dayakar took away Original Part (Twin rod) for replacement. Since then he has Not been attending to our repeated Calls.
5. 29 Oct 2020 - On 16th day I contacted Bajaj Consumer Care (022 41280000) to find out the Status of repair of the OTG. to our HORROR ,we were informed that our Service Request has been CANCELLED. the Consumer care representatives were unable to tell us as to who cancelled our Request. We had NOT repeat NOT never requested Cancellation.
6. 02 Nov 2020 - Said OTG is NON-FUNCTIONAL: one ORIGINAL part of OTG has been taken away ( STOLEN as he is NOT responding to our calls); Cancellation of Service Request at their own will reflects POOR/ SUB STANDARD consumer Response.
7. Request help by taking suitable action to make my OTG on road / Functional and avoid any further Harassment to a Senior Citizen who has been made to run from pillar to post.
