I place order from realme store on 9th sep and product deliver on 14th sep, after few day I raised request that product is faulty it's not operate properly so l want return my product and want refund amount they said they have no refund policy but when I place order this policy is not mention any ware. After so many mail & call to realme care arrange pickup my product and provided replacement of new product. But I am facing same issue with second product know i want refund my money back but till date no one response on call & mail. So please help to resolved this issue & provided refund amount.
