I ordered a refrigerator vide order no 2253443491 which was shipped through Delhivery on 24 August 2020. The Delhivery confirmed me that the product cannot be delivered as it was damaged in transit and told me to take up with the company itself i.e. Samsung (Savex technologies). It's been more than two weeks and I have not received any satisfactory reply from Samsung even after mailing and calling them continuously.
